Shipping

Holiday Lead Time (November-December)

All orders are on asap status during the holidays. Please allow 1-5 days for your order to ship (although we typically ship within 3 business days). All orders ship via USPS GROUND service which averages 1-6 days for delivery. 
If you are in a rush, please select “expedited processing” at checkout. For an additional $8, expedited orders will move to the front of the production line  and ship via USPS Priority which is 1-3 day average transit time.

Please note:
1)We can not control carrier timelines once the order has left the studio and are not responsible for late deliveries due to carrier issues. 

2)The last day to order for Holiday Delivery is 12/15. We recommend you upgrade to Expedited if ordering after 12/14/2023

Standard Lead Time (January-October)

All Santore Company products are handmade to order by our team just for you. After your order is placed, it will typically ship in 3-7 business days via USPS First Class. If you are in a rush please select “expedited processing” at checkout. Expedited orders will ship in 1-3 business days for an additional $8 via USPS Priority. If there is a problem meeting your delivery needs we will contact you via email with your options.


Shipping

We ship out of Los Angeles, CA. USA. Your order should arrive within 2-5 days once shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. You will be emailed tracking info. Shipping cost is flat rate $5.00 ($13 expedited) and FREE for orders over $50.00. Your product will be sent in our signature pouch or small gift box. If you have a box preference please let us know. 


International Orders

If you are located outside of the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with shipping rates and delivery options.


Custom Orders

Santore does not accommodate unique custom orders or one of a kind designs at this time. However, we are happy to change chain length, chain color, pendant, or stone to accommodate your preferences. Please contact us with an inquiry to see if we can accommodate your special order request.


Semi-Precious Stone Variances

We make every effort when hand selecting gems to only use stones that are up to our aesthetic and quality standards. However, our jewelry is made from natural stone and some inherent variance from the photographed sample is unavoidable. Delivered products will resemble product photos as nearly as possible. If you have any specific stone inquiries, please contact us prior to placing your order.

 

Returns

Returns and Exchanges

All items are made to order and we are happy to exchange your jewelry as noted below. We do not offer refunds at this time. To exchange: we must be notified by phone or email within 3 business days of order delivery. You will be provided with a return authorization (RA) number and you are responsible for shipping the item back to us within 5 business days of requesting the return. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without authorization by a Santore representative and RA number. We always recommend you insure and get tracking info when you send a package. You may contact us with your exchange request, or receive a store credit to use at any later date. Please note all credits must be used within 6 months of your return.


Repair Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products with a 30 day repair policy, free of charge. After 30 days, we are happy to repair your product and return it to you, though you will be responsible for postage each way. Past 6 months there will be a $10 minimum repair fee in addition to shipping costs.

Missing an earring? Send us an email with a photo of your earring. We are happy to sell you a ½ pair at ½ price.
