My niece and I are really close and are both rock hounds. I always have at least a few stones on me and since she was very very little she has always loved going through them all, asking what they are, and absconding with them for the day. My sister's family moved recently and I don't get to see them anywhere as much as I'd like, and I wanted my niece to have something to remember me by between visits. She absolutely adores this necklace. It's a little long on her still though the adjustable length helps with that some, but it's sturdy enough that we don't have to worry much about it breaking. The combination of 2 stones (labradorite, her absolute favorite, and druzy, a recent introduction to her lexicon and collection) are beautiful together, and it's a piece that's versatile enough to grow with her as styles and interests change. She adores it, and I'm elated that I was able to find this unique necklace to share with her.
